I Like To Give Myself A Wegie

roll up our sleeves and begin ...

Thursday, 22/02/2007

Now the company has been chosen, we must roll up our sleeves and get to work!
At the meeting this evening we took care of the details and we split into groups to work even better.
Raffaella and I'll take care of the General Regulation, Helen, Philip and John of the structure of prayer.
Marco, Claudia and Nicholas will be done to find contacts of foreign scouts, Simon had the brilliant idea of \u200b\u200bsetting up a blog on the internet and keep it updated. Finally
Catello manage contacts with foreign groups and possibly with the Vatican.
Regarding the prayer are all enthusiastic about dealing with the peacemakers, for they never really need now is peace and above all, unity among peoples.
We also thought that the parts of this prayer should be made via a moment of reflection, to emphasize even more the importance.

We want to make a prayer that encompasses not only our hopes and our feelings, but the hopes and feelings around the world and would also like to understand with this company that the distances that separate us from other nations are not insurmountable and that a dream is enough in common to unite us.
This dream is peace.
I do not think a prayer can change the world, but I think that might be able to convey how strong the desire to live in peace and may leave an indelible mark in our hearts and in that of the reader will understand what it means "peace" .

PS. We are like many small droplets that form an ocean, but without us, the ocean would be less drops.

Kates Playground Pool

Here's the idea ...

Thursday, 08/02/2007
The meeting tonight was to be decisive, each of us must have used the entire week to reflect and decide which of the various business proposals had to be made.
The time available is very and accordingly before you choose the company more time you have available to complete it in the best possible way.
But the meeting this evening has been unpredictable, even call it a real twist.

20:30 pm None of the various business proposals plagued us so much that all can agree, there was a real majority opted for a specific company but we were divided into small groups.
Then the twist!
Philip, a boy is not very talkative, and that until then had been totally silent pronounce words: "why do not we make a world prayer for peace?".
You know the explosion of a bomb?
even compared to what it has unleashed from within, enthusiasm, joy, and finally convinced that being can do it. Here
the company that we wanted, a company that knows the original, moral and unique.
Philip looked at us one by one to figure out what he thought of his idea, but There are no words to tell her because you just took our expressions astonished and happy at the same time talking to us. After a hug
General Philip has made it official by voting for the company and finally settling on the other.
together an avalanche of ideas, enthusiasm has overwhelmed us, the plan to present to the pope and even the prayer to give her an even higher we decided that every part of the prayer will be written by other scout groups in the world.
All parts of the world will make a contribution and we'll adjust everything and we write our piece.
end of the meeting we went home with a different spirit and with the conviction that this company would allow us to participate in the competition head-on, and above all served to give us a more in-Office, that office that is always useful in life and in every job you undertake.
